When you are far too busy working on your web sites or developing your web applications, you barely have the time to keep track of what’s going on with your server – if it’s overloaded or if all the tasks are running properly. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we’ll do that instead of you. Your VPS will be added to our custom–made server monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be alerted momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest thing in this world. You will either have to use some other server or your desktop computer, or, alternatively make use of some 3rd–party tool. We offer a far simpler solution with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will make a complete backup of your server on a weekly basis, so you never need to be worried about permanently losing any critical info. Plus, we can always restore a backup very fast. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your VPS server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software on it. And if this seems like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the perfect thing for you. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our well–trained server administrators who will install and set–up any software or solve any problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an extra feature.
