A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our first–rate cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost data and unwanted network downtime. That is why we will perform all that for you for free!We have proficient administrators whose primary assignment is to ensure that your web site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon popular applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are many factors to bear in mind – the total amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Still, we do our very best to accomplish all web site migrations in a 48–hour window. Less sizeable web sites are transferred much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

We do not support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, since we do not provide Windows hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary website creation and management user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
